How to price match

There are two simple ways to request a price match before your purchase.

1. Request a price match in our store.
Visit Safety Glasses USA’s Three Rivers store and present the qualifying competitor’s ad or website to any associate.

2. Request a price match via phone.
Call 1-800-870-6189 and share the qualifying competitor’s ad or website with one of our Customer Service Representatives. A screenshot of the offer may be required in certain circumstances.

Please note: We may require additional time to research and verify the competitor’s offer.

Coupons Or Price Match - Whichever Is Best

If you are shopping with a Safety Glasses USA coupon and also looking for a price match, we will apply the price match OR the coupon - whichever provides the best price.

Price Match Promise Conditions

• We will match direct competitors' prices, including those from major online retailers.
  We will match prices from our local retail competitors (including their online prices) and major online retailers and marketplaces, including shipping costs if applicable. SGUSA will follow any limitations and exclusions set by the competitor.
  Please note: We will do our best to match online marketplace prices, including shipping costs if applicable. However, we do not guarantee we can match or beat every offer.

• The competitor's product must be identical to ours and in stock at the competitor.
  The item must be identical (brand, size, model number, model year, and color) and be "in new condition." SGUSA does not match prices on used or repackaged items. The competitor must have the item in stock.

• The price match must occur before the purchase.
  SGUSA will match any advertised price that meets our Price Match Promise conditions before purchasing, in-store or online. Clearance and seasonal items are not eligible for price adjustments. Price matches will not be applied for promotional events such as Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, etc.

• The item cannot be a clearance/closeout item or similar.
  SGUSA does not match prices on clearance items, closeouts, liquidation sales, customized items, or pricing errors. Prices will not be matched for items promoted with any language similar to "limited time," "limited quantity," "while supplies last."

• Quantities available for price matches may be limited.
  SGUSA reserves the right to limit quantities on a price match.

• Price Match OR the coupon – whichever provides the best price.
  The goal of our price matching is to ensure that our customers get the best price available. If you are shopping with an SGUSA coupon and also looking for a price match, we will apply the price match OR the coupon – whichever provides the best price.

• SGUSA reserves the right to deny a price match for any reason.
  We appreciate the opportunity to match a competitor’s price. However, sometimes we have to say no.
