Non-Prescription Safety Products
Important Return Guidelines:
- No returns on merchandise advertised as "Clearance" or "Discontinued".
- An RMA number MUST be obtained. See instructions below.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Item(s) and packaging must be returned in like-new condition.
- RMA numbers expire after 30 business days.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items unless the items were damaged or shipped incorrectly.
- An order designated as a "Custom" or "Special Order" cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturer's defect.
- The customer will be advised if an order or quote is considered a "Custom" or "Special Order" before the order is processed.
Instructions For Returning Items:
- Call us toll-free at 1-800-870-6189 within 30 days of receiving your order to receive an RMA Number.
- Package item with all packaging material and a copy of your packing slip.
- Write your RMA Number on the exterior of the package as shown in the example below.
- Ship the package through the carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number) to:

Prescription Safety Eyewear
How do I change or cancel my prescription order? - Prescription orders cannot be changed or canceled. The lab starts processing prescription orders immediately after submission. However, they may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Prescription Exchange Policy - We want every customer to be satisfied with their prescription safety glasses. You may exchange prescription safety glasses once and receive 50% off a new pair within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Important:
- All Prescription Safety Glasses are custom-made and not eligible for refunds.
- Only exchanges are available (no returns).
- One-time exchange only. Must exchange within 30 days of delivery.
What if I'm having trouble with my prescription? - Adjusting to new prescription glasses can take up to one or two weeks for significant prescription changes. If you're having ongoing issues, contact our Customer Support Team within 90 days of delivery.
