Tax-Exempt Orders
How do I place a tax-exempt order?
If your organization is tax-exempt, please follow these instructions to apply for a tax-exempt account.
1. Complete and download the SST Exemption Form.
2. Use the account application form below to submit your completed SST form and state issued tax-exempt documents.
3. We will contact you when your tax-exempt status is completed. Please allow one business day for the application review process.
4. After we've confirmed your tax-exempt account is approved, you can Login to your Safety Glasses USA account to place a tax-exempt order.
Please note. You may need to provide us with additional state-issued tax-exempt documentation before your account is approved. We will contact you if we require additional documents.
