The Epoch Murphy is a lifestyle shade with classic looks and light frames. The lenses are made of shatterproof polycarbonate and are 100% UVA & UVB-protective. The Murphy features a super-light frame for comfort and the Epoch script logo etched into the lens.
The Murphy line offers 7 polarized variants and 1 non-polarized variant. It is easily our most versatile frame, and it fits both men and women great! This frame fits almost every face shape and is likely the most comfortable sunglasses you've ever worn.
Our team originally named this frame after Audie Murphy, the American Soldier who could do it all! He was handsome, talented, and a true patriot. We later took this favorite pair of sunglasses and gave each color a special variant name. You'll notice one of our favorite ambassadors has his signature colorway. The others are named after counties in our founder's home state of Michigan.
